綠友集團堅持“技術領先”戰略，借助產、學、研合作優勢，依靠自有技術力量，研究、開發了一系列具有核心技術和關鍵生產
工藝的產品，在國內園林機械行業處于領先地位。其中低壓澆鑄工藝；數控加工工藝；鋁合金表面處理工藝、車架焊接工藝等得
到廣泛應用。
嚴格的質量控制
北京工廠、江蘇工廠于2009年通過了ISO9001質量管理體系認證，并正在通過三標一體的綜合管理體系認證。
近年來，綠友集團制造工廠不斷進行技術工藝改進，裝備了等離子、線切割、CNC等各種高性能高效率加工設備，以及測功機、
測振儀、鹽霧試驗機等檢測器具。
工廠嚴格依據ISO9001質量管理體系認證的要求，把控進料檢驗、過程檢驗和出廠檢驗等環節，為產品生產過程控制提供了可靠
的保證。生產管理及物流管理采用ERP系統，提高了制造工廠的管理效率。
Core Technology and Key Production Process
Greenman Group persisted on Technical Edge competition within China in forms of products with core technology and key process content, through integration
of production, study and research on its own resources of technical and engineering staff. Of which, low pressure gravity alloy casting, multi-axis Computerized
numerical controlled machining, aluminum alloy chassis arc-protected welding fixtures have been widely applied and acclaimed in the industry.
Stringent Quality Control
Both Beijing and Jiangsu Factory passed ISO 9001 Management System certification in year 2009.
Greenman Group continued efforts improving production and assembly process, invested in more performance and higher efficiency machinery.
Greenman manufacture facilities follow strictly ISO 9001 certification in establishing management rules and regulations to control incoming materials and
outsourced components, assembly flow processes, and outgoing quality check. Such production processes are reliably controlled. Moreover, ERP system is
introduced into the production and supply chain management, with improved manufacture efficiency.
